I was greeted quickly and discussed my needs regarding a new mattress - husband sweats a lot with our old memory foam in summer. I was offered different options on display to try for comfort and then once comfort level was established I was advised of those suitable within my price range. The mid range with gel layer seemed most suitable for both comfort and coolness

opportunity to look round, sales person not pushy or jumped on us before we had time to look round, when we wanted assistance, he was knowledgeable about the range available, able to answer questions and was polite and friendly

There was a large selection of goods in a store with a calm,friendly and professional atmosphere. I was greeted on arrival but then left to view and appraise the beds. As soon as I looked to complete the sale a salesman was immediately available to help. The purchasing procedure was quick and painless and each step was explained clearly.
