Dreams - Southend

We were helped by Heather in the Southend store. She was not only knowledgeable about all the products, but also very friendly. She listened carefully to really grasp what we needed. We felt we could take our time choosing and deciding. We were originally thinking of just ordering a mattress online ,based solely on reviews, but I'm very glad we went into the Dreams store and spent time trying out mattresses and having all our questions answered. The mattress is being delivered next week, so we can't comment on that yet, but the customer service in store is second to none.

The assistant took time in understanding my needs and gave informed advice on my choice of mattress. She suggested be assessed by the in store machine. This was informative and changed my view on thinking I needed a firm mattress. The assistant answered all questions I had and was caring that I walked away a happy customer. She kept prices competitive

The gentleman looking after me didn’t push for a sale and listened to what I needed at the budget I had.

I have purchased beds here before and was remembered by Paul as soon as I entered the store. Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We had plenty of time and not rushed. Heather explained in great detail what we needed to do for measuring our mattress rating on the machine. She took us to all of the beds identified for us and even gave us other options to choose. She was not pushy at all and even managed to get my other half involved and was able to sell him/us the bed we were looking for. My other half doesn't like shopping especially for a bed!. She even cracked a few jokes with him! Heather explained the bed cover policy which made perfect sense to have and suggested a cool mattress pillow and protector which we bought as well. She apologised for the time of delivery but it had to fit in with my work anyway. I am really looking forward to getting a new bed . We live in a small cottage so size is a problem and that's why we haven't bought a bed in 20 years so long over due.

They had the options that we wanted and the sizes to show us, the sales staff were not pushy at all and very knowledgable

A wide range of the type of bed I wanted and the help I received from Paul in selecting the one I wanted. He explained exactly how it worked and how easy it was to access the storage under the bed. I was encouraged to try the mattress and when I did it was just the firmness I needed. The ordering took no time at all and I was made aware of how much to pay and the balance I have to pay before delivery.

We had already researched the product we wanted and at the store was shown the product and equivalent priced beds for comparison. The shop assistant was helpful and knew the products very well. We were very satisfied with both the service and attention to detail. Last year we bought a bed and are extremely happy with the product so that’s why we have returned to buy a bed for our daughter.
