Dreams - Southend

Visited the Southend branch for a second time to be sure of our choices. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, and on this occasion we were helped by Neil. He showed us the various colour options for our divan, having chosen the mattress we originally liked on our first visit, and then helped with a good colour match for a storage chest. A bonus was receiving two free pillows Hyde and Sleep which were really comfortable. We took advantage of the 0% finance, which was sorted out quickly and efficiently whilst we enjoyed a lovely tea and coffee. All very civilised.

Very helpful assistance was served, advised and order placed within 20 minutes.

Jason the sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable about the beds. He took his time to explain the different options available on the beds in store .

The whole process went extremely well from the moment we stepped into the showroom to the time we left. We were not pressurised into buying and found the salesperson very helpful. We were fortunate to buy on a sale day!

Heather was very helpful in the store and was a great help and assistance throughout my purchase. i was torn between 2 different mattresses but she was helpfull and polite throughout. She also gave me a bottle of water as was warm in the store, and when asked if there was a toilet in store she let me use this which was kind of her.
