I HAVE USED DREAMS BEFORE THAT IS WHY IM ORDERING AGAIN EVERY THING IS PERFECT

Sales assistant was very attentive and informative without being overbearing. He gave us the facts about the mattresses that the sleep assessment identified for us but left us to consider our decision, at the same time being on hand to answer our questions. He did not push us into a decision like some salesmen do.

Neil spent just the right of time with us, giving us space when we needed it and taking us through product choices for matresses, pillows and headboards when we needed that. Very good at his job and completed the final sales in very good time. Great service all round.

Heather was efficient kind and considerate of my disability. Nothing was too much trouble. She stopped and chatted when I needed to stop. Made sure I had a drink and that I was comfortable explained the products well and made sure that I understood fully the whole range. There was nothing more she could have done to make this experience perfect. I was dreading it before I entered the store but left so happy. Thank you

Neil, the assistant at the southend airport store, that helped us pick our new mattress and pillows was extremely helpful and was able to answer every question we had without having to look it up or ask someone else, he knowledge of the products was very impressive and gave us a lot of confidence that we were buying the right mattress. Good selection of beds, helpful members of staff with good knowledge of their products, useful coloured board information regarding different types of beds, good layout of store in order to try different beds.

Your sales team are very professional and knowledgeable and offered suggestions as what to purchase without a "hard sell". It was a good experience and we came away satisfied with our purchase.

I found Paul to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The mattress video experience was great. My only niggle was I cam home to discover online there was a 20% discount on the frame if you bought the mattress too, I am talking to customer services about that now. Paul was helpful and not pushy at all. A great representative for the business.

Paul was very helpful during our visit. He helped us understand our finance plan and different ways we could adapt our plan. He was very friendly and professional and made us feel comfortable buying our first bed. He was happy, helpful and polite and would highly recommend this store
