I am highly satisfied with store, staff and options available during my visit today. I was continuously made to feel comfortable e.g cups of tea offered (which has never happened to me). The store was well maintained, laid out, clean and up to date (machine in store that molded to body shape of myself and my partner). We were provided with great information from the staff in terms of what the store has to offer whether it be pillows or purchase/ delivery options. Had a great experience. Staff member who assisted us is called Paul who helped on both visits to the store. Definitely would recommend to friends and family (already have). Went to store just to browse, it resulted in a purchase me and my partner are completely happy with.

This is the third bed I have purchased from you and all your products have been very satisfactory.

I was greeted promptly and was offered a much needed cup of tea Heather was friendly and helpful but not pushy my questions were answered with professionalism and I tried a range of products and pillows upon the beds I tried

I was offered a drink, used the test bed although not sure how that helped apart from confirming my choice, was offered a pillow that was used on every bed i tried and had a pleasant greeting.

Help offered straight away, offered refreshments, put on a bed machine to find out type of mattress required. Shown all mattresses based on results so didn’t waste time looking at unsuitable mattresses. Followed round with pillows to try each mattress. Nothing too much trouble, made to feel important. Excellent customer service.

Everything is geared to customer satisfaction. The assistants were very helpful, but also very happy to, and proficient at, staying sufficiently in the background to be professional. We were served by Paul, and would thoroughly recommend him as a salesman. The coffee was most welcome - and delicious!
