I was highly satisfied with the service that I got from Heather the lady who served me She asked what I was looking for and showed me and told me what the material etc aloud me to try it and she told me about other items which I might be interested in overall a pleasant and helpful experience which you don't always get.

No initial pressure when entering shop, just wanted to browse but then asked for help and got good service. Assistants used new equipment to measure our sleep habits etc and then explained beds and did samples with us on each of the recommended beds. Great.

From the moment we stepped inside the store we were welcomed, not rushed Paul totally emphasised with our needs. Very impressed with the service we received, seamless from start to finish Paul is a great asset to your company.

Staff were very friendly and we felt assured that we had been shown a good selection of beds and given time to try them and make our selection without being pressured.

Cathy who is the 'floating manager' was really friendly, professional and helpful. Her product knowledge was impressive.

We were served by Heather who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was buying a mattress for my daughter who has a chronic health condition and suffers from back pain and needed a suitable mattress to minimise her discomfort.

Great assistance, help available at all times. All questions answered. Overall, very good experience.
