Dreams - Southend

We were allowed to browse freely and try a few beds before Neil 057 asked us if we needed some assistance. He was immensely knowledgable but not at all forceful or salesy. I am a 6ft6 20 stone man, and my wife is rather more delicate! She wanted a softer mattress, I needed firm. Neil handled the matter with great style, leading us from sprung mattresses, seamlessly into topped matreeses- foam, he'll, etc. Like all married people of 39 years we had to compromise - and Neil brokered the deal superbly. He went into the Wigan options, delivery, collection, ordering, all without 'rattling on endlessly. It was a pleasure to handover my hard earned! Neil Wells.

I basically knew what I wanted and Cathleen, the store manager, could not have been more helpful in finding the exact product to suit my needs. She gave me advice and also helped me to choose the correct bedding and pillows. My experience at Dreams Southend Airport could not have been better. I actually went there after a friend of mine had purchased two beds in Maidstone branch, where the staff were so professional and friendly. It was reassuring to know that your ethos is continued in another store. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams and cannot thank Cathleen enough, she was wonderful. I would be more than happy to return for any of my bedding needs in the future. Well done to Dreams and Cathleen at Southend Airport.

Cathy in store extremely helpful and knowledgable without being over attentive. Gave us just the right amount of information and then time and space to make a decision. She was friendly and made the experience fun.

The salesperson was very helpful and gave us time to look around the store, we did not feel pressured at an6 time and we were given lots of good advice on the items we intended to purchase.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of mattresses to choose from and plenty of help from the staff to choose the right one for us. All prices were available and there was no pressure to buy the more expensive one, rather the one that suited us best.
