We received a warm welcome in Store, Neil (our customer service advisor) was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements intently. We tried the sleep match technology in store and were given a number of beds to try out. Importantly he didn’t try to pressure us with a sale, which can be very off putting. He made the experience of shopping for a bed very calm and stress free. Great customer service!

The assistance we were given was excellent, Kelly, who assisted and dealt with our our enquiries could not have been more knowledgeable or more helpful. We were given a thorough rundown of the various options available which consequently led us to purchasing a mattress.

I cannot fault the service given to me whilst trying to decide what products to purchase and all questions were answered with the necessary information. The staff were polite and very helpful throughout the process; I did not feel rushed but was given plenty of time to decide for myself. We were even given a cup of tea and coffee.

Polite assistance, friendly with good knowledge of alternative mattresses to suit our needs. Not at all pushy which i liked, gave us time to think.

I liked the method used for selection of the range of options and assistance given in helping to make the final choice. Well done!
