Charles' expertise and easiness in prophiling us and understanding our needs made a huge difference. We are a little dissapointed with the delay in the delivery, but all in all the experience of purchasing a bed was very satisfactory. Thank you Charles!

Customer service was exceptional.

I was very pleased with the service and help received by the store manager Cathy. As soon as we arrived in the store she was there to help us and answer all our questions and she took the time to explain everything. Cathy was brilliant and exactly what that store needs. I didn’t think I was going to find anything that day but was so happy to have walked out there having ordered a new dreamy foam mattress. I will definitely recommend in future. Thank you again!

The sales representative (Paul) was excellent. He demonstrated great product knowledge and an understanding of my needs. His advice was fantastic. The Lead time for the products was pretty short. The communication throughout the duration was spot on and the delivery guys on the day were top notch. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise for the whole team.

Paul from Southend was excellent he knew the products and could advise us of the different products, he did not pressure us into a sale he was very very good and friendly.

We simply went to buy a mattress. ..the young man who gave assistance was very professional. ..he wasn't too pushy, made us feel comfortable and gave good advice as my partner wanted a firm mattress and I wanted soft!! We compromised with his advice and it was delivered today by a very polite young man and his colleague. They even took their shoes off even though I said it was OK!! Lovely service! I think the young man who sold it to us was called Neil and delivery was Thomas. I'm about to go to bed on it so hopefully it is as comfortable as the service we received!!

The staff member (Paul) was so friendly and helpful, talking me through all of the different options that best met my needs.

Cathy was super helpful and made it so it wasn’t awkward at all laying on all the mattresses. We used the sleep match machine and actually chose the top mattress it picked out for us! It was a really fun experience!
