I WAS NOT RUSHED TO MAKE A DECISION. THE SALESMAN SPENT SUFFICIENT TIME TO FIND A MATTRESS SUITABLE TO MY NEEDS.

The assistant Neil, was very helpful and not only showed me what I might like to look at, but also let me look, and try things, in my own time no pressure!

The staff at the branch was very helpful, and courteous from the moment of walking into the store and being greeted to being offered drinks and helping us find the perfect bed.

Myself and my partner went to Dreams with the intention of finding a media bed. We were greeted at the door and shown to the area of the TV beds. We had a lot of questions and these were all answered satisfactory. We were offered a drink and given the Dreams booklet with the measurements of the bed highlighted for reference. We were given plenty of time to try the beds. We were also given the remote to play around with the TV. We explained that we will probably need to order a mattress and helped also find a mattress that suited us. The entire experience from beginning to end was faultless.

Neil was so helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. He made my purchase so easy. I just can't wait to receive my new king size bed.

I went into the store knowing what I wanted but didn't expect it be on display because it was a 'New Arrival'. I was pleasantly surprised. The sales assistant was very good and gave me her undivided attention all the way through my visit to the store and the my final purchase.

Paul was extremely helpful and spent a good deal of time answering my questions and gave me as much time as I needed to test each of the mattress types proposed by the machine.
