Bonni helped us but also left us to think and decide which mattress we would be best .We did not feel pushed into making up our minds but her product knowledge was very useful.The price was good as we chose an ex display.

From looking on line, visiting store, dealing with sales assistant and finally delivered when stated plus the helpfulness or delivery guys, perfect, highly satisfied.

Bonni was really helpful and professional.

We also purchased two beds and Eve mattresses from Dreamsa couple of months ago and Heather and the team at your Southend Airport branch were so good that we returned to purchase a new mattress for my father. Great customer service, product options and guidance & advice.

STAFF WERE EXPERT AND FRIENDLY. THEY GAVE ADVICE AND ALTERNATIVES. THEY GAVE US 'SPACE' TO THINK ABOUT A PURCHASE WHILST BEING ON HAND WHEN NEEDED. OVERALL A GREAT SERVICE WHICH WENT THAT EXTRA MILE.

The lady who assisted us (Heather) was very professional and had great knowledge of all the beds and mattresses. Although we did spend more money than we intended to, we were not pressurised into buying one of the more expensive mattresses. We haven't taken delivery yet so cannot comment on the comfort etc.

The staff there was very helpful finding me the right bed and helping my mother finding the right mattress help her her back when she sleeps

The salesman was excellent, friendly & showed us what we wanted to see, we were not not rushed, he even made us a cup of tea. Gave us time to decide & was not over pushy. Excellent shopping experience.
