Bonni was really great at assisting us. She gave us a brief explanation of the products when we came in and then showed us the sleep simulator which suggested suitable mattresses. Bonni gave us the right amount of time to look at our options without being pushy.

I have used this store before and always found them helpful. Paul the person who served us knows all the products well and is very helpful. We went into look but came out buying a bed and mattress. Same place as we have bought before and have popped into this store for other items. Dreams are always helpful and the quality it really good! Thank you Dreams (and Paul).

The lady who dealt with us, Bonni, was brilliant. She explained everything very well, took plenty of time to understand what I wanted and my likes and dislikes. I'm being forced to buy a new mattress because of back pain issues and she was very helpful in terms of pointing me towards products that should help with these problems. If all customer service experiences were like this, online shopping would be irrelevant as this is the sort of service you can only get in person. It was a genuine pleasure shopping with you today.
