Easy to deal with, friendly and helpful

Paul, the salesperson was welcoming, helpful, informative and took time to listen to our requirements before assisting us with choosing products to suit our needs. We were even offered a cup or coffee! He also made us aware of a range of Cooltouch Pillows of which we bought two.

As we walked in we were greeted by Neil. He was on hand throughout to tell us about all the different mattresses and, even though we thought we’d found the right mattress for us, Neil encouraged us to try a few others to ensure we had found our perfect mattress!

Customer service was very good the computer selector for the mattress we needed narrowed our choice to 4 then with the help of the Dreams colleagues advice we got down to a choice of 2 mattresses at which we chose the one which suited myself and my partner and madec a purchase on the day .

The gentleman who served us was patient as we had been in the store before. He was understanding and answered all our questions. The staff were great with my little girl who was happy just sitting on a bed while we made our decision

The assistance I received was friendly very helpful but non intrusive . I visited the shop twice and luckily got the same member of staff both times as he recognised me . He again helped me by reminding me of all the things I needed to know and looked after me and my mum making it a very easy purchase of which I’m very happy with . He had the perfect balance of helpfulness and friendliness
