The member of staff made our experience what it was. He was polite, so helpful, knowledgeable of products, greeted us when we arrived and offered his assistance but without bombarding us - very lovely man.

We were greeted immediately by Heather the sales assistant. She was extremely helpful. Answered all our questions. Gave advice. Gave suggestions and overall a very good experience in buying new mattresses.

The lady that served me Bonni, had all the time in the world to help me. As well as being extremely knowledgeable with the bed and mattress I was after, plus introduced me to other products ie. pillows, mattress protector plus sleep lamp. Great experience and very very helpful, will definitely return if I need another bed etc in the future

The assistant, HEATHER, that looked after my Wife and I was so friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. The store was well laid out making inspection of the products very easy.
