The staff member that serviced us was superb, store looked old and cheap

both myself and my husband were highly satisfied with the overall service at the southend airport dreams store, Essex, the assistant that served us was lovely, heather met us at the door of the store and slowly explained all displays/bed ranges to us so we could understand, she also let us take our time with things, and helped us at every step of the way, heather even gave us some new ideas to play with, she took us through everything and even explained through the bed test in the store, we couldn't of faulted heather at all, heather is an asset to the company, and to the team, we felt so comfortable with her, very friendly and caring woman, we would like to see her go further within the company of dreams as she herself is a dream to work with, we couldn't of asked for a better assistant than her, we wish her all the best with dreams, in our eyes A PROMOTION IS VERY MUCH NEEDED, good luck to her

The salesman Paul was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He advised trying the device for seeing which mattress was most suitable for my wife and I. It made choosing a lot simpler.

Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and was keen to ensure the product was right for us, rather than just push s more expensive option.

All very quick and easy to get what we wanted.

We were greeted by Paul who was very helpful and not too pushy. We were given a cup of tea whilst making our choice and provided with pillows to get a better feel for the beds. He was very knowledgeable and honest (unlike a previous shop we bought our current mattress from - which we hate!!).

The sales assistant, Heather, knew exactly what I was looking for from the start but didn't try and influence my decision in any way but gave me the guidance I needed

Very friendly feel to the store. Acknowledged when we came in but not pestered. When we needed more help info, member of staff was there straight away. After going over our needs recommended the demo bed to narrow down mattress selection, took about 5 mins. Then showed us, and my wife tried each one. Very friendly and helpful. We felt good to place our order.

My wife and I came not knowing exactly what we were looking for, but knowing we needed something due to her chronic back pain. We were assessed very quickly by Heather and the computerised bed (wasn't expecting that!) and then shown to relevant products that fitted our needs. All the while with a toddler and baby in tow. Heather was very patient and helpful. The one thing we would have liked to have seen was a zipped mattress but the store did not have one. Also it was a shame that the mattress we purchased had very recently been on sale for much less than what we purchased for but that is nobodies fault, just unfortunate timing on our part!
