Dreams - Southend

In store was great. The staff member who helped us was knowledgable, friendly and efficient and found the perfect product for our needs almost instantly. Separately I ordered pillows and duvet over the phone which I am not happy with. I asked for these to be delivered on a Saturday so we would be in. This was agreed but instead delivery was attempted on a Wednesday and the items apparently left in the garden (nowhere to be seen). I phoned and asked for redelivery to a different address which didn’t show up at all. I phoned again and was advised there weren’t even notes about that second call. 3 weeks later I finally received these items today.

Paul, the sales assistant, did not rush us on several visits to the store. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a decision on the spit. He allowed us to take our time and think about our options over a few visits.

Always used Southend Airport location because of the high standard of customer service they give from start to finish. We took time over several months to make sure the mattress was right for us. Every visit was the same even included the new sleep simulator to confirm what we had decided was right for us. Paul demonstrated a real depth of knowledge, which was relevant to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. Extremely attentive and also giving us time to talk through our decision. A happy visit with a happy result looking forward to good sleeps on our new Tempur mattress.

The salesman Paul was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the items we purchased we were offered a drink and given space to walk round and try out mattresses and pillows . We got the chance to use a computer that studied your sleeping pattern to help choose the right Matt which was fantastic
