The computerised analysis of my needs on the special bed was impressive and narrowed down the number of mattresses to be tried. There was no hassle or hurry and I had plenty of time to decide which was most comfortable.

The lady who assisted us was lovely really friendly. She gave us all the information we needed. She sat us down run through everything offered us drinks. Very professional

My partner and I called in to the Southend store, upon arrival Bonni greeted us and she took some details, we laid on the mattress test beds and our results came through, Bonni took us round to the beds recommended and provided us with everything we could possibly want to know, she even made us both a drink so we could take our time, relax and try the beds out. I am not usually a fan of sales people because of their pushy nature however I felt different with Bonni, she was so forthcoming with information but it wasn’t too much, she answered all of our questions and gave us time to discuss between ourselves, I even complimented on how much she knew about the products at the time! We selected a mattress we wanted to purchase and Bonni talked us through the entire process thoroughly so we knew exactly what was going to happen next. I was so pleased with the experience we had, it was so clear to see how professional and knowledgable Bonni was.
