Dreams - Southend

It was our first port of call while looking for our chosen beds. There could have been two other stores to visit as we were looking for different options of price and availability. However, when we were approached by Neil in the showroom it was obvious that we would find everything we needed in this store. He wore his mask as did the other salesperson…we asked about our options as we couldn’t see anything resembling what we were looking for, and that was because everything was in double bed sizes. Neil explained about the options and how it would work for us as we were looking for single beds….he then left us to look around….We had the dreams bed computer design workout where it gave us an idea for types of mattress we would need…we made our choices with lots of help without him being pushy….an excellent afternoon and satisfying outcome on our visit to dreams…..we await our items in about 4 weeks….and no charge always a bonus….thank you….

Quick and easy

A great shopping experience. We weren't pounced on, but greeted in a timely manner by Kelly who offered her help should we need it. We did. Kelly was such a pleasant lady and helped us narrow down what initially appeared to be a daunting task, given the differing preferences my husband and i had. Kelly made our decision making so much easier and for this we are very grateful. Having made our purchase, we walked through the store to the exit whereby each member of staff we passed said goodbye. No pressurised sales just an excellent all round customer service/experience. Well done all Sunday staff at Dreams Southend!

Neil at the Southend Airport industrial park was awesome, we were so happy with his service that we didn’t even go next door to Benson Beds to compare. He gave us his full attention, was professional and made us comfortable at the same time.

We received a warm welcome in Store, Neil (our customer service advisor) was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements intently. We tried the sleep match technology in store and were given a number of beds to try out. Importantly he didn’t try to pressure us with a sale, which can be very off putting. He made the experience of shopping for a bed very calm and stress free. Great customer service!
