They had a wide range of products and I was also able to test what kind of a mattress is best using their mattress machine- the assistant was also helpful and very friendly

We wasnt pounced on as soon as we entered the store, but was acknowledged and greeted by a gentleman I think was called Neil, He supported us by answering our questions in full and he was probably my reason for buying from your company

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The bed turned up as confirmed on the right date at the right time. The only feedback I would like to give is that the cost of the headboards in general do seem rather expensive. We ended up paying an additional cost due to wanting a floor standing bed head. This should really be advertised at the beginning of the purchase. After we decided we wanted the headboard then had to pay a further £100. Ended up paying a lot more than we budgeted for.

Assistant Tony was extremely helpful. I was initially only looking because I do not live locally. I told him this but this did not affect the attention he gave us and so I ordered from the Southend store rather than waiting to go to my local one.
