Paul listened in great detail to my needs and requirements, and then showed me various options, all of which were within my parameters. He checked to ensure that all the components of my needs would fit in with all other components. At no time did I feel pressured. He put me at ease and and covered all possible aspects of my requests. He made the experience of getting a new bed seem simple, easy and enjoyable. I have to say I came out of the shop feeling extremely happy with my purchase, (Unusual for a Man I know), and pleased that I had chosen 'Dreams'. I really look forward to getting my new bed.

The store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and used the aids at his disposal to enable us to select the right bed for our son.

Paul greeted us on arrival, directed us to the Interactive bed, showed us the various options, allowed us time to make our decision and then dealt with our order in a friendly and professional way. As my girlfriend said as we left 'That was a very pleasant experience'. Thank you

I had a fairly specific idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. My requirements were met on both.

The sale assistant Heather was great. I went into the store 2 days before to look at the item I got and she remembered my item and me. She then offered me a drink before going over the options. There was a price discrepancy that was sorted out there and then with no fuse. Was most pleased

When I went in the store I was greeted by a nice guy name Paul who was very helpful but not overpowering gave me all the space I wanted and most helpful when I was ready he asked me if i would like a drink pillow and put me on a bed witch told me the best mattress I would need and best of all he didn't try to just take my money off me witch makes a change if only more people was like him

The assistant Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and making us uncomfortable or pressurised to purchase.

Quickly found assistance from heather one of your sales representatives. Heather was polite and efficient with the task of finding us a new mattress. We were in store for about an hour and during that time Heather was very professional in her service.

Knowledge and friendliness of staff

As soon as we entered the store we was greeted by an employee who was more than helpful with what we needed. He managed to find us the perfect mattress and pillows for us and explained all the technology behind them both in plenty of detail. We was offered refreshments while we sorted our order which I found to be a nice touch.
