Heather served us and was very helpful and listened to our needs. She knew what sort of mattress would be ideal for us. The in store hi tec machine confirmed her advice. She was full of information without being pushy.

I was greated by Heather at the southend store on a few occasions on all them she was lovely and helpful helped me find just what i wanted on the budget i had i had problems confirming my new flat but each time she was patient and understanding. She was lovely and friendly built a really good repor with myself which i just how i want to be treated she was so quick and made the purchasing so easy.

Bonni assisted us, full product information and our questions answered, also gave us time on our own to discuss what purchase would be better for us.

I knew what I wanted it was only 20 mins before closimg and the advisor quickly set up my plan asked me about anything i might have forgotten and got it in for the slot that I needed for delivering

We went back twice because wanted to be sure, was served by heather both times in Southend store. Very knowledgable lady, didn’t pressure us just gave us all the information we required.

We was never pressured in the store, all questions were answered in a honest manner, not in a sales way. We wasn’t made to make a decision there and then and after going home, measuring and sleeping on it we returned to buy our items
