I was highly satisfied with my experience of Dreams due to the helpful and knowledgeable staff member of staff - Paul - who served me on two separate occasions. I was also satisfied with the mattress range that was on offer to view and try out, as well as with the dates that were available for delivery of my chosen mattress. Pricing was competitive, and I took advantage of the mattress recycling service you offer. I particularly liked the cold drink that I was offered - and accepted! - on this very hot day. I was also pleased to find out that, in the unlikely event that I didn't find my chosen mattress comfortable, I would be able to swap it for another with the ’40 Night Comfort Guarantee’. In short, I was happy to shop at Dreams because of knowledgeable and friendly staff, the range of mattresses on show, reasonable prices, and good terms and conditions; I would definitely shop there again myself, and would recommend to others.
