We were approached and looked after straight away by a staff member, who was extremely helpful. The sleep match test was really good, as we both have bad backs and were impressed with the results. Found our perfect mattress after testing just three and also purchased a mattress protector, pillows and a duvet. All of which were half price. We were very impressed, thank you for your help 😄😊

My experience at Dreams couldn’t have been more perfect. The choice and display in store made the purchase interactive and helped me reaching a decision in reasonable time. I never felt rushed and always had assistance to hand. Great all round.

Staff could not do enough for us and the overall experience was fantastic. we were even offered drinks and totally put at ease with the friendly staff. They couldn't do enough for us.
