Shop assistant put me on the dream match bed which told me what type of mattress will be best for my needs which made choosing one so much easier. The lady was very friendly and helpful. She had alot of knoweledge too on the different types of mattresses.

Paul was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products. He wasn't a pushy salesman, he was understanding as this was a big purchase for us and he was very patient with us. We tried a special bed machine and then he recommended options for us. He chose pillows out to make our test comfier for us. He explained why the prices were what they are, and what you can get for more money. When we were sitting down to pay he offered us a drink and answered every question clearly for us, (and he threw in a free mattress protector!!) I would recommend Paul to my friends and family. We were highly satisfied with our time spent with Paul at Dreams.

In a lot of stores you visit the staff either pester you to make a purchase or they completely ignore you , but today in Dreams store all the staff were very helpful and available to help but also gave you time and space to look around

I explained to the sales person what my requirements were,he presented in a professional way the items that best suited my requirements no pressure just product features and prices,I purchased three items and the whole thing took less than 20 minites. Very professional.

Your sales assistant Bonni was very polite and helpful. She took her time in showing us many beds which suited our requirements.We also tested several beds until we found one that we both agreed on. She also supplied me with a cup of tea whilst we made up our minds. She could not have been more helpful. An excellent member of your team.
