From the moment my wife and I walked into the store we felt comfortable and not pressured by staff just a nice good morning, and we were allowed to look at all the options available to us. We decided on a bed and spoke to a lovely lady who dealt with our order very professionally and I was even made a coffee by one of the other workers ( Excellent service) Very impressed with the whole experience

Allowed time to browse without interference. Politely approached offering assistance. Talked through the options. Went on the machine to ascertain our perfect mattress hardness. Guided to our selection. We both left delighted with our selection and the salesman treated us perfectly. Thank you!
