From the minute we walked through the door looking completely lost Neil from the Southend branch guided us through a smooth process to purchase exactly what we were looking for

The shop salesman, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. He made us cups of tea and carried the pillows around for us.

I was able to purchase exactly what I required. The service was efficient and friendly with everything explained clearly.

Staff were very friendly had time to listen to what I needed, offered a drink while taking my order, explained everything and gave me options so I could make a decision based on my needs, I did think it was a little expensive and I did spend a lot of money but hopefully it will last a very long time
