Sales Assistant very polite, friendly and knowlegable and most helpful. Plenty of products to look at and try out before making a final choice. Valuable input from Assistant but not pushy or over-bearing.

Paul was very helpful and had some good knowledge but wasn't in our faces or on our backs all the time. He would make a suggestion or show us a product and walk away for us to discuss and look and return for an answer.
