Dreams - Southend

Honestly I have not bought a bed in a very long time time. It can be quite a complex experience given the multitude of options. Paul at Southend Dreams was very helpful and knowledgable about the beds on offer making valuable suggestions after listening to our preferences. We even took the time to try the bed analyser to see what would be suitable. Having initially thought I would get a standard sprung mattress, we instead opted for a Tempur! The Dreams experience was seem less end to end and made a hard choice very easy. Thanks Dreams and Paul got your help. Looking forward to a great nights sleep!

The measuring bed gave us confidence to purchase the correct matress and ths sales person was very knowledgable and helpful

The member of staff listened to exactly what we needed and showed items most appropriate and price ranges and qualities of product being clear and informative of offers included in deal and financial details and offered this without too much pressure.

We were greeted immediately by Paul although he was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable but not cocky. He offered us water when we were placing the order and ensured we received our choice of pillow that was included with our mattress.

Very satisfied with choice of beds. Very helpful staff also and knew what they were talking about. Overall great service, and our order isn’t too long to wait for delivery either. Would recommend!

Staff in this store were really knowledgeable about the products they were selling and able to advise accordingly. Also able to be assessed on the ' sleep system bed' in the store. ( and we were offered refreshments). Also advised on different types of pillows.

He was knowledgeable about the type of mattress and offers available in store. I would definitely go back again and would recommend family and friends to visit Dreams.
