We did initially have to look for an attendant, as we were on the upper floor. However once the salesman who made the sale had us on board, he was most informative, and persevered with both mine and my wife's niggling differences. Resulting in all parties agreeing, and a sale being made.

We found the mattress we wanted quickly due to layout of store. Customer service was very good and process to buy, delivery options, etc were all good

The sales person was very helpful explained about the contents of the mattress and also the extra insurance etc. Knew her stuff and was very pleasant and not pushy.
