Dreams - Southend

Neil in-store at Southend was really helpful whilst we were choosing the right mattress The lady I dealt with over the phone was really helpful when it came to actually ordering the mattress The delivery drivers were also really nice and polite and had already taken off their shoes before being asked.

I thought it was good customer services. Friendly. Bought in under 30 minutes. All went well x

One of the best customer service experiences I've had. From the moment we entered the store, felt very welcomed and looked after and by the time we left felt very excited and happy with not only the purchase but also the experience itself. The lady who helped us (Heather) was so attentive and informative and honestly helped me make a great choice (and I am quite indecisive usually!) We tried the sleep match which was really interesting, got a great discount on some pillows, we even had cold bottled water and to top it off got a great price on the mattress! Really felt like a valued customer! We are definitely coming back soon as we will need more beds for other family members. Couldn't recommend Dreams in Southend Airport enough!

The assistant was extremely helpful and explained everything to us fully. We were able to make use of the new technology to help us find the most suitable type of mattress for us and the assistant showed unending patience as we tried and re-tried the different options. We were offered a drink on several occasions and only declined because we had just come from a coffee shop. Ordering and payment was easy and we are looking forward to swift delivery of our purchases.

The lady assistant in the store was extremely helpful and seemed to know what she was talking about, she had a nice friendly manner about her. Its a pity other stores do not have better staff. ( That's why I was Highly Satisfied )

the sales assistant was great. she was polite and respectful right from the start.I needed help to get what was right for me and I got it. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way.all my questions were answered.if anything she got far more patience than me as I can be very Indecisive.
