‘‘Tis is the second order I placed with this branch as I found the staff approach and knowledge were excellent both Heather and Graham gave us much attention

We were greeted by Kelly - in Southend Airport branch - who was excellent. Her subject knowlege was brilliant and she was exceedingly patient as we tried a variety of matrasses. Kelly explained the results from the bed scanning machine and allowed us time to investigate each suggestion. Once we decided, Kelly placed our order swiftly and efficiently.

Very easy to sort out our problem

Excellent service and the sleep match is really great .. and takes you straight to the beds without messing .. I tried a bed it didn’t select and it was uncomfortable so it definitely works .. great staff and that’s why we bought with dreams .. lol forward to receiving my bed

The moment I and my daughter walked in the store it was bright and well layed out as we got near to the desk we were offered seats and the guy that was looking after us was very polite and all smiles and so helpful so I highly recommend your store and I thank you for the experience x

The staff all very helpful and very polite could not do enough for you and was not pushy listen to what you wanted and tried to help as much as they could

Neil in-store at Southend was really helpful whilst we were choosing the right mattress The lady I dealt with over the phone was really helpful when it came to actually ordering the mattress The delivery drivers were also really nice and polite and had already taken off their shoes before being asked.
