Customer Service Assistant was polite courteous and helpful. She demonstrated good knowledge of product ranges both mattresses and bed based. She spoke clearly, did not hide behind the computer, but involved us in every aspect of the purchasing process. I purchased my previous adjustable bed from Dreams so I was a little disappointed that Dreams were unable to offer me a pick up or recycle service for the old bed after purchasing this new static bed. I will have to plan what I’m to do with the old Dreams adjustable - probably local council? As this was out of Heathers (Customer Service Assistant)control I still gave the mark of highly satisfied

We were not rushed into making a decision once the salesperson had shown us the three best mattresses for us we were made coffee and left to make our own choice without any pressure. We found th staff to be very helpful and were able to answer any questions we had. 10/10

I was welcomed into the store and offered a drink whilst I was looking around the store. Kelly who helped me was very informative and knowledgeable. She gave me relevant options and allowed me a bit of time to make my decision. It was all a very pleasant experience

The lady was calm and pleasant, she was happy to show me the products, offered me a drink, and happy to let me try the mattress more than once. She interrupted her cleaning as soon as she saw me. So I did not have to wait However I was the only customer in the store at that early hour.

We were asked to lay on a bed which pin pointed the parts of our bodies which Needed firm support. This in turn printed out a sheet showing what sort of Mattress would benefit us the most. We were able to lay on the suggested Mattresses which enabled us to choose the one which we both liked the best. We were then more than surprised when we were told that delivery could have been within 3 days. Then for another one down payment we were offered a guarantee for a further eight years on the mattress for almost any damage that may happen. Then to top it all we were given a choice of a mattress Protection cover free of charge. To wind up our comments I would like to end by saying we couldn’t of asked for a more pleasant and helpful time

The quality of 'customer service' was very professional. The staff acted like human beings not robots desperate for a sale. Refreshments were offered and there was no pressure to make a purchase.
