The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they made me feel relaxed. I laid on the different beds for some time and I didn’t feel silly or like I was taking to decide what I wanted.

Paul, your sales assistant, approached us not long after we walked in and was immediately helpful even though we were not too sure about what sort of mattress we wanted. He asked questions, listened carefully and showed us 2 or 3 he thought we would like. We did place an order with him and were very happy with the service.

Heather was extremely approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. A credit to your company and the products were high in quality.

Paul was great he talked through what we wanted and took the time to help us find the right bed for both of us!

Staff member (Kelly) was extremely helpful. Coffee was supplied while discussing our purchase and we felt like valued customers.

We were looking to replace our old mattress and popped in to dreams southend where we was greeted by Kelly as we walk in she was very helpful and showed us the sleepmatch. After finding out what firmness we needed she showed us different mattresses she spent time explaining the difference between each one we was not rushed and when we had decided on the prefect one we sat down to book a date she even made us a cup of tea while booking the order. We felt the service we received was fantastic! And would highly recommend dreams to friends and family.

The staff member Heather was very helpful, knowledgable and courteous at all times. She was not pushy in selling but provided good assistance and listened to our needs rather than just push the high priced items or those in the sale.

Our assistant Kelly was polite new all about the beds she showed us and did not pressure us to get a certain type. The store was clean and tidy as were the toilets. Our order was processed quickly and efficiently
