I was offered the chance to use the sleep match machine which determined what type of mattress would best suit me. This is a brilliant machine and I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a new mattress. We were greeted upon entering the store and helped enormously by Heather who was very knowledgeable and friendly. At no time did I feel pushed or hassled into making a purchase. We were left to browse when we wanted but Heather was always on hand if we wanted her. Early on we were offered drinks and there was a pillow available to use when trying out the mattresses. Making a large purchase can be stressful but I found my experience here to be a very pleasant and comfortable one.

My wife and I were dealt with by Heather. She was great as was her colleague. We were greeted as we came through the door and Heather spoke to me and my wife, I mention this as my wife is in a wheelchair and often assistants talk to me over her head even when it's for my wife. Heather addressed us both which was great. We were made a coffee, tried out the sleep match machine and whilst testing the mattress she provided pillows specific to how we sleep. Overall really friendly, knowledgable and professional service.

We wanted a new bed and mattress and they have changed since we bought our last one over twenty years ago. We were shown many different types from which to choose.

The assistant asked what product interested us. He then showed us all relative products with expert advice

We arrived at the store with 4 young children looking to order a mattress and bed frame. We were warmly greeted and welcomed by a staff member who encouraged us to feel comfortable exploring the store and products, this was also extended to the children which instantly made us feel more relaxed. We were given time to explore alone then provided with product information and guidance as needed relating to mattresses and pillows. We had the opportunity to use the sleep-match technology and were then efficiently guided around the store to try the recommended products, subsequently ordered a mattress based on this information. The staff member offered myself and family refreshments making the whole experience more relaxed and comfortable.

We had help finding the wright product and the assistant Paul was very knowledgable and helpful with out being at all pushy. Overall a very professional store and very good staff. Will be going back at some point
