staff were very friendly and helpful. they could probably tell I was clueless so offered help that I didn't know I needed. she was patient with me when I was undecided about two beds. very friendly

Everything was explained to me,I.e. prices if the bed would suit me what will happen when it's delivered

The assistant in the store was very helpful and friendly. Not pushy but seemed to care about helping us.

The customer service was brilliant, we had a mattress test which was really good to advise us which mattress would suit us best.

Sales assistant was polite and knowledgeable and we didn’t feel pressurised or rushed.

Our salesman Neil made the process very easy. He was polite, well informed and extremely helpful
