Dreams - Sheldon

Went to kings heath who very quickly directed us to Sheldon branch as we were after a child's bed. When we arrived we were given time to look but the staff quickly checked if we needed help. They knew what we were after offered us coffee while we discussed all the options and quickly arranged the order as we only had limited time. There was more than one member of staff today and all were friendly and helpful

We found everything we were looking for in less than half an hour, the store was well laid out, and our sales assistant was very knowledgable, patient and helpful

It was just grate was treated nice got offered drinks While I was looking around for somethink for me

As a returning customer to dreams, we were offered assistance, said we were just browsing Toni told us just to call us if we needed any help, we decided to purchase an ottoman bed but didn't know much about them, Toni came over very helpful in showing how they worked, she measured our old sleigh bed which you still have & then measured the one we were interested in, it was perfect all done within 1/2 hr just what you want quick & easy service, she didn't try to push the sale she let us make our mind up which is what customers want, this is why we returned to dreams .

we were in the store a few minutes before anyone asked us if we needed assistance which is nice. nothing worse then being pounced on as soon as you enter. Staff were very friendly and even offered us a beverage which was nice.

The staff were very helpful so much so they were due to shut but let us have as much time as we wanted to choose the bed we wanted and offered various options as well we were only going to quickly have a look but the staff gave all the needed info there n then that we didn't have to bother shopping around or look at the web sight def recommend that store to others

Wanted a spare bed as comfortable as my own bed.
