Excellent service from a knowledgable member of staff who understood what we were after and ensured that we got the right product for our needs.

As we arrived The staff acknowledged we were there and left us to wander around as we requested, then approached us again to help and ask if we would like to try the sleepmatch, which we did. They were very attentive at all times and understood what we wanted. I was only looking for a mattress, my sister was looking for a complete bed.

The staff were very attentive and helpful without being pushy. They explained everything quite clearly and with great knowledge.

We were assisted by to u, she was lovely, well mannered and patient, you couldnt ask for anyone better to handle my grandmother. The service was impeccable. Thank you

Lou was very understanding and took time to find out what it was I needed. She took time on each mattress for individual people.

From start to finish we were treated courteously and any questions we had were answered. We were given time to try out the mattresses and were shown a range of what would suit our needs. We were offered drinks and she called us by our first names, which is friendly.
