Very helpful staff and easy to find what we were looking for

We were greeted with a smile from Nicola and a very friendly nature, she guided us to area of beds that we were looking for and left us to test the beds but was on hand to answer any questions. She went through everything and explained and answered any questions we had. The store was nice to walk around, the signs explaining price and products clearly. The store smelled nice too. The options to pay were fully explained and we chose the one that suited us. We were in and out the store really quickly with the product we wanted. We brought our first bed from Dreams and came back and found it an equally pain free experience. We will definitely be back to purchase beds for our kids next year and then in a few years when we need to replace our bed again.

As soon as I walked into your store the assistant was very pleasant as we're the rest of the staff, showed me various types of storage beds and explained how they worked very pleased with price and the efficient way my order was placed. Will be going back as there are other beds I will need highly recommended to friends

From the minute i walked into the store the assistant Toni was very friendly and made me aware that she was available if i needed anything. I wanted to browse for a while then i asked her for assistance and she was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She was very interested in what i wanted and not what she could sell me and i found her very genuine. I was not in the market for a high end product on this visit but this made no difference to the excellent customer service that she demonstrated. The mattress i brought and her genuine approach are a credit to your company. Thank you.

The salesman was very polite he did not push a sale he just recommended the mattress needed and I was happy with the sale

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the left us alone to browse the mattresses rather than folowing us around. We didn't feel pressured to buy but staff were readily available if we had any questions. We had our two young children with us and the staff were really good with them, asking them to try out the beds and distracting them so I could discuss the purchase with my husband. Very happy with the service.

I went into the Coventry road store just to look at prices and beds initially. I was approached by Nicola after a few minutes and asked her several questions about different beds and bases... she was friendly informative and had a sound knowledge of all the products that might suit my needs . After sitting down and drinking coffee I left a deposit for my order with Nicola and left the shop very happy with the service I received
