Nice friendly staff who even made me a cup of tea!

As soon as we came through the door Toni gave us chance to look around and then came over to ask if we needed any help. We found her very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable she gave us chance to look at the beds without being hassled and pressured like in some places, We even had a cuppa while walking around!

Nicola was very helpful and put us right with the product we purchased. a very pleasant person.

I visited the Sheldon, Birmingham store, i was left to browse without being badgered or followed round which has happened when i have visited some of your other stores.

Simply fantastic staff, Matthew, Nicola and Toni, very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, all willing to go the extra mile. Matthew took my order while the others offered drinks and pillows. Will be recommending highly!
