We visited your sister branch in Erdington and felt the customer experience wasn't as good as we received from the Sheldon store. We also read the reviews for a similar bed in Benson for Beds, which wasn't as good as Dreams reviews.

The staff at the branch I visited where extremely friendly and helpful. They had good knowledge of the products and made my visit pleasant throughout.

Matt the young man who served me was highly professional but so friendly and attentive, I truly felt valued and wish that my shopping experience in other retail outlets was as good as this. I really feel that this young man should be highly commended for his attitude to his work and for making my experience at your store such a positive one.
