From the moment my wife and I entered the store we were greeted quite warmly and offered a drink by a young man whom we subsequently learnt was a trainee. The senior staff took over and we were extremely pleased with her service which was very professional.NICOLA was her name.

I arrived at 11am on Boxing Day ( 26th ) and there was no-one else in so I had loads of help choosing my mattress. I chose one that was springs and memory foam, was £349 reduced from £700. Slept on it last night and very pleased with it.

We were offered a cup of tea as soon as we arrived. We were given assistance straight away, shown exactly the product we wanted and were treated with friendliness and helpfulness. Nicola was excellent.
