Kathryn, the manager, was extremely helpful & knowledgeable & was a great help. She had a thorough knowledge of the mattresses that we were interested in & explained their differences. At no time was she intrusive but was on hand to answer any questions we had & we did not feel pressurised into making a purchase.

the knowledge of the products in store was highly commendable, explanation of different matresses compositions first rate. pleasant and good sense of humour, and came across enjoying her job and able to answer with great knowledge when asked .
