Was extremely pleased with how helpful and knowledgable the staff were nothing was to much trouble , Nicola was the first person who help us that was why we went back ,Mathew was the person who did the order and he was just as nice what a nice lot of staff you have at your Sheldon branch . It was a pleasure spending money there ,

I did not feel under pressure to purchase. The member of staff was not pushy just very obliging

We had visited the Sheldon store 1 week prior to the date of the actual purchase. In addition, and to make sure that the goods chosen were what was wanted we also visited the Solihull store. The attention and service received at both stores was excellent and we chose the Sheldon store as we had promised to return if we subsequently went ahead with our purchase. Given that we have now purchased 2 complete bed units + 1 headboard we are now hoping the quality of the products matches the customer service received.

Kathryn was a pleasure, processed my order swiftly and with great precision, well worth a trip!

Our sales lady Toni was very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. She wasn't pushy which is a plus point. She answered all our questions and dealt with our sales enquiry efficiently. Thank you to her.

The moment we entered the shop we were greeted by the shop manager Matt who was very friendly, offered us a drink immediately and was so friendly and helpful. He was not pushy but extremely helpful with all products. Couldn't do enough for us, as was the girl who showed us the beds and mattresses. Her name was Nicola. They were very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be returning to this branch, rather than a branch more local to me as I found them much more personable in this branch. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Because Nicola who served us let us browse on our own until we needed her help and was very thorough when she did give her advise there was no pressure put on my wife and I to buy.

As soon as me and my husband walked in we felt very welcomed by the staff, we was offered help straight away and was offered tea/coffee every half an hour for the time we was there. The staff were very polite and kind and understood our needs and waited pateintly while we decided on what to choose. The Manager who served us was very very polite and kind. She gave us really depth information about the matteresses and really helped us a lot. Highly highly satisfied with 'my' first experience in dreams, many times better than other businesses.
