The manager served us, and was very knowledgeable and friendly, made us feel easy and shown us what we wanted straight away! Very good!!

Matthew at your coventry road store was very friendly, very polite, very helpful in understanding what we required within the price range we had. The only downside is the wait for delivery (but I'm an impatient person)

The lady assistant was patient and very diligent. She understood what we wanted and supported us with selecting the right mattress. She was not pushy and took her time explaining the differing types of mattresses.
