We were in the store for about 45 mins during which time the staff were attentive but not overly intrusive, they were friendly and polite and very knowledgeable of all the products and how our requirements were best met. The order process was easy and clear and everything related to the delivery process was explained to us before we left. We were looked after during our visit by a lady, unfortunately we lost the card with her name however she was expecting a baby in 3 or 4 weeks time, who was a credit to your company along with the manager and other staff.

Matthew was extremely helpful and very patient while I was trying out the beds. I explained my medical needs and he showed me a variety of beds at various prices. Good knowledge, helpful ideas and gave me space to look and try without rushing me. I was offered refreshments and the staff were all friendly. At no time did I feel pressured or hounded. Delivery has been organised when it was convenient for me. All I need to do now is wait for it to arrive. 😀

Even though we had an assistant who was very competent in handling our order she also was the one who greeted us as we came into the store but gave us our 'space' to browse at our leisure and when we wanted further information she was readily available to us answering our questions and enquirying further on our behalf for more information on certain products. Then we got talking to the other staff as they were nearby. Making it a warm and friendly atmosphere to be there and very professional in their manner. Thankyou Toni for all your assistance M

Went into the shop, found the mattress we were looking for and the bed frame that matches furniture we had already purchased from Dreams, staff were very helpful and knowledgable.

I would have liked a small double bed but purchased a standard double instead

The store is conveniently located for us. The bed is the best of its type that we've seen. The sales assistant Toni was very good.

We went into the dreams store with no plan to buy a bed we had our hearts set on one from Ikea however due to the service we received at your store from Matt the store assistant I was more than happy to make a purchase. Your staff are very knowledgeable on the products and payment options. Matt did not try to hard to sell damage insurance or HP he only recommended it. We told him we wanted a firm mattress and he recommended a few after choosing one he helped with selecting a frame unlike other height street store he recommended a product for our needs and not just the most expensive. While at your store we were offered tea and coffee. There was the wrong price sign in the frame we choose Matt double checked that it as the correct product and happy confirmed that the fram we choose we one hundred pounds less than the sign price. Overall it was a fantastic experience

Nicola and her colleague were extremely helpful. They helped us choose the products that would maximise the space used in our bedroom. Although the products were not available to view in store throughout the UK we were advised that because of thisif we were not satisfied. With the products they could be returned with a full refund. Excellent service. Thank you.
