We bought two beds and had no intention of buying anything. We thought we would have a quick look at the mattresses. What struck us the most about the lady that dealt with us (Kat) was her knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness. The hospitality from all the staff was brilliant. We must have been asked if we wanted a drink at least three times. My mum had a cupper coffee and said it was lovely. We would highly recommend this branch of dreams and they are a credit to your company.

The staff were very pleasant and found what I was looking for straight away, the staff had great knowledge of the product I ordered and talked me into upgrading from standard slats on my bed to sprung slats,I was offered a hot or cold drink the prices of the product were unbeatable and the delievery dates I wanted were available

I was very stressed as Bensons had let me down with the delivery of a mattress, Saying I would have to wait 10 days even though it was their mistake. Dreams staff, Matt and Toni were amazing and within less than an hour I had a mattress that my son could pick up. The relief was immense and they went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much.

I popped in to see if I could still receive the offer of bedding after my order had been processed. The assistant confirmed she could add items and reference it to our order number to get the discounted duvet, pillows and protectors etc. I ended up happily purchasing more than I had intended to.

Fast, friendly service. The assistant was very helpful and you could tell they wanted to ensure I was satisfied.
