We visited in 2 occasions before we purchased. Matt, who served us was very patient and knowledgable. We lay on the beds to decided which mattress suited us and he showed us to the different types suggested. He was sympathetic to our budget, suggesting similar mattresses in our price range. He helped us find just what we were looking for to fit the room we had. Both times we were offered drinks and colouring sheets and crayons were given to our children as we went through the order.

Lou was very helpful and knowledgable. As a person with autism, I struggle communicating with new people but Lou made me feel at ease straight away and understood my needs. Lou was brilliant and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

I was just impressed with how quickly I was served, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a friendly smile in a polite manor. The attention to detail of what o was looking for as I have a bad back and she knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. The options she gave me to help wit my back on the ranges of mattress's you have ans she never put pressure on me to buy a certain one she just listened to my needs.

It was an excellent service in helping to identify the best possible options for me. I was happy with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff - genuine interest in ensuring that I was able to have the time I needed to make an informed choice. Answered all of my quesitons and being patient with me in my deliberations. Excellent service in a comforatble clean store with lots of choice. Thank you

Adam was extremely friendly and helpful, he answered questions open and honestly and went out of his eat to complete several orders for me with different items. He also offered my father and I coffee during our wait which we appreciated as we spent 2.5 hours in store.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the product I wanted and were very kind and considerate they gave me plenty of time and was understanding with my disabilities.

Lou was lovely, spent time with me and really understood what I was asking for, She is a great member of your team

We just had a bad experience with the previous retailer, we came to your store afterwards and the lady was bubbly and helpful, a complete difference from what we had just experienced
