Kevin and the team were very helpful, even moving mattresses around for us try on different beds. We were offered a coffee, which was very much appreciated after we had been there so long. I felt they really wanted us to get the best bed for us.

We visited the Coventry Road, Birmingham store 3rd June the week before our purchase and were welcomed by Nicola,friendly professional asking our requirements and showing us the various products available and then left us to look at our leisure. We then had many questions relating to the various combination and costs which she gave in an extremely professional manner with excellent product knowledge. We were shown various mattresses for firmness and allowed to lay at our leisure which made the experience easy going. coffee was offered and taken. Nicola was extremely well presented and guided us through all our questions, we left the store 90% knowing our choice of bed. We looked elsewhere but came back to this store due to the excellent service from Nicola and knowing we had made our choice of bed. We walked in and Nicola recognised us right away with a great smile and offer of coffee remembering no sugar. Anyway, we layer down again and made our choice. during the documentation process Nicola did offer some up selling, however we weren't interested. The documentation and order handled extremely professionally by Nicola with an ease of knowledge. Thank you Nicola and Dreams.G&C

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding also their offer of help with choosing the bed and mattress was outstanding to, offer of drinks while in the store gave it such a great welcome to shop. The choice of beds and mattresses are excellent, would recommend anyone to shop at dreams it was so lovely to have so much help from Kevin and Matt they were great.

Nicola helped us at the Dreams store in Wells Green Retail Park on Coventry Rd Birmingham. She was amazing & very knowledgable & fast at organising our specific requirements
