The choice of children's beds and the knowledge of the assistant and the general helpfulness.

both kevin and mat showed us a lot of mattresses and explained in detail which would be most suited to our needs, with my husbands needs they explained which would most suit,and not just try to sell us the most expensive, we are very happy with there knowledge and friendly approach.

WHEN I WENT INTOSTORE I WAS RETURNING FROM AN EARLIER VISIT THE ASSISTANT REMEBERED ME AND EVERYTHING WAS EASY I ALSO HAD A MIGRAINE COMING ON AND IWAS OFFEREDA DRINK

On arrival at the Birmingham Sheldon store, we were given the time to browse independently before being approached. This made us feel at ease and not pressured to buy. We were approached by Kevin who was very knowledgable and friendly. He was genuinely interested in finding us the perfect bed and not just the sale. Kevin and his colleague, Matt, both offered us a drink whilst we were there. We have also needed to change the delivery date since the purchase and Kevin completed this with no problem.
