Although we had an idea of the product we required, the assistant was very welcoming and gave us time and information to consider the different range of products available. We had time to test out the different items in our own time and when deciding on a particular item the assistant was quick and efficient in dealing with our purchase. Overall a pleasant experience with professional staff.

Really helpful staff, very polite and friendly. They knew what they looking for and didn't try to sell me whatever they could. Ran through all the necessary information for ordering and helped with as much as they could. And of course they offered me a drink.
